Some history
The land where the three houses are situated was initially owned by Diomedes Manias, born and raised in Ithaca (Ithaki) Island. This location used to be his favorite spot, spending hours gazing the port of Vathy, the capital of the island, and the sun rising from the sea. Diomedes’ dream was to build his home at this wonderful location. This dream was realized in 2008 by his son, Dionisis, who implemented his long awaited business plan.

Naias, Eos and Nereis Villas are made of stone extracted from Diomedes' land. The houses are surrounded by olive trees, rocks and flowers and located in the countryside, very close to a quiet beach and only 2.7 kilometers away from the center of Vathy. This is a place that combines the beauty of the Ionian Islands with Ithaca's traditional character. Ultimate Privacy and...
Privacy was the highest priority during the construction of our premises. Diomedes Villas are located in rural site, away from the busy centre of the island's capital. When you visit us you will come across local farmers who cultivate vineyards and olive trees and shepherds with their sheep. The land that surrounds each house is enclosed with railings and consists of gardens, flower beds and stone yards, providing our guests with a private and secluded space to enjoy recreation with their company. We have also made sure that the absolutely private places such as the pool have been enriched with bushes, trees and climbing plants so that they cannot be seen by the guests of the other houses and from the road.
Comfort
Each house can be accessed by two entrances, one for cars and one for pedestrians. During the day you can spent endless hours of swimming and sunbathing in out totally private and fully equipped swimming pools. A traditional oven and BBQ are also included in the facilities of each house. Those can be utilized any time during the day or the night in order to prepare delicious meals.
The interior design and decoration combines the traditional character of the residence architecture with contemporary design. All houses have spacious bedrooms (20-25 m2) with own bathroom, spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen.
